We are covered by many major health insurances: Simply Health, Aviva, Cigna, Bupa, AXA-PPP, PruHealth…
Prior to your appointment, you will need to check with your health insurance the steps to take to ensure your osteopathic treatment is covered. Some policies require a GP referral. After your treatment, we will give you a receipt with which you can claim with.
Bupa, AXA-PPP and very recently Aviva have changed the amount they reimburse for physiotherapy and osteopathy services across the United Kingdom. They have fixed the price at £30, £35 and £36 respectively and they don’t allow patients to top up the difference. You can understand this results in the practitioner being underpaid. To accomodate for this, we have decided to offer 30 minute sessions for such consultations. If you prefer your usual, longer treatment at the normal fees above, you will not be able to claim back from Bupa, AXA-PPP and Aviva.
